Features

Thanks to the measures for thermal displacement and automatic compensation function, displacement of production from cold start is minimized.
High-speed spindle reduces the machining time by the optimum cutting speed.
Excellent roundness without vibration during high-speed machining is achieved by TSUGAMI’s unique chuck opening/closing mechanism.
Chuck gripping force is numerically adjusted with air regulators so that the most suitable gripping force can be determined for thin workpiece.
Provides easy-to-use software for machining small-dia and fine precision parts: Tool height compensation function.
Interference check function detects interference before it occurs, and the machine is stopped by alarm. (P054)
