USC Large Capacity BTA Machines
Larger, cubic workpieces with deep holes are handled with confidence on USC column-type machines, designed for the ultimate in rigidity and accuracy. Superior machine alignment, rigid construction, and choice components are combined in these machines to provide impressive capabilities at an approachable investment level, ideal for workpieces such as moldplates and frack pumps. An available milling spindle adds additional machining capabilities to the standard BTA and gundrilling processes, for workpieces up to 27 tons [25,000 kg]. USC machines are designed to serve as a workhorse machine for manufacturers, providing significant capability with easy, flat-floor installation, providing a significant opportunity for return on investment.

USC-M Milling and Drilling Centers
For manufacturers that have an opportunity to benefit from the combination of deep hole drilling and milling operations, UNISIG offers the USC-M series. Machines maximize production by allowing the fastest deep hole drilling with milling, with 5-axis positioning, to perform a range of complex machining in a single machine and setup. USC-M series machines offer a full range of solutions for manufacturers, including heavy weight table capacities, a rotating A-axis, automatic tool changers, and intuitive controls on each machine. Models are available in a range of capacities and options, with engineered universal (gundrilling+ machining) or dedicated (deep hole drilling, milling) spindles.

USC-TS Series for Tube Sheets
When tube sheet manufacturers require thousands of precision holes in extremely large, high-value workpieces, there is no room for error. The USC-TS tube sheet deep hole drilling machines use multiple-spindle configurations, and programmable positioning to bring confident drilling to heat exchanger tube sheets. Accurate drilling in fast cycles allows manufacturers to drill more holes with improved accuracy, without risk. USC-TS machines are based on proven USC column-type machines, designed for the specific demands of the tube sheet industry. Machines have virtually limitless weight capacity, extremely large travels, and high efficiency BTA and gundrilling, all on a rigid machine base and column. Spindles are independent and available in 2, 3, or 5 spindle configurations to meet specific application demands.
